How to Send a Tip

Prerequisites: The first thing you’ll need is Metamask. Install that in your browser.

Step 1: Go to the Gitcoin Tip page and click “Send Ether”.

Step 2:Fill in the form and press “Send”.

Step 3: Confirm the transaction in Metamask.

The user will be notified on Github and via email.

You have now quickly transferred value to another Github username in a safe, quick, and easy manner!
